Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds because we sell perishable products. If you have an issue with a product you receive please email us info@goodcakesandbakes.com so we can rectify the issue. We pride ourselves on providing superior baked goods each time you order from us. 

We will offer a store credit if you need to reschedule your order date. We will offer a store credit if you notify us within 72 hours of your pick-up/delivery date. After that date we can not offer a store credit. 

We will not offer a refund or store credit if you choose a date and then expect us to change that date to a date before the policy timeframe. 

Custom Cakes: we will not offer a refund once the invoice has been paid. We will offer a store credit if the request is sent 72 hours before the event date. All deposits are non-refundable, but we will offer a store credit if the request is sent  72 hours before the event.

We will not offer a refund or store credit if you place an order with "special notes" and we're unable to accommodate that request.
