April Anderson and Michelle Anderson are the owners and April Anderson is the pastry chef of Good Cakes and Bakes (GCB).
Originally from Detroit, Michigan, April Anderson attended Chadsey High School and afterwards obtained her Bachelors of Science from Spelman College in Atlanta Georgia. Later April received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor Michigan. However, April knew at the early age of 9 that she wanted to be a baker and started making treats for her family on a regular basis.
